Returned jewelry to Fantasy Jewelry box &; to ship back the company subtracted $ 7.90 There return policy stated the company would subtract ONLY $3.95 from the order. I have contacted them by email numerous times & problem Not resolved. Totally did not credit back $ 3.95 for over charge. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE & company does NOT have phone #.

They said their rings were sterling silver with rhodium plating. I fell asleep with my rings on and my finger turned green. Called them and they told me not to sweat in it or get it wet. My husband rub on it and the metal underneath the rhodium is not sterling silver. Most of my jewelry is sterling silver and they never turn my finger green. He rub one of them the same way and it stayed silver. Supposedly its .925 silver its not don't buy jewelry from here once they get their money they don't care if your happy or not.

Appalling Customer Service & Beware of Customs Fee

I ordered two rings for myself and my husband for a wedding blessing, when the rings arrived they were huge, at least two sizes two big so had to return them, there is nothing on the website stating customs charges but I had to pay £8.00 customs fee to UK postal service for delivery and then another £10.00 to return them. I sent several emails to FJ and have not had a reply to any. I have received an email to say credit has been made but it has still not appeared in my bank - again I emailed to query this, no reply, the customer service is appalling. DO NOT ORDER IF YOU LIVE IN THE UK it is not worth the hassel, there are many sites selling pieces of jewellery just as nice in the UK. I will never use this company again.

Still Haven't Received My Order

Placed an order w them for a special occasion 2wks ahead thinking it would arrive in time. After 2wks i emailed them to find out what happened. They told me it was out of stock and would be available to ship in 2-3 wks. It was not out of stock when I purchased it. No one let me know I paid for an item that was not available. Doesn't make sense. That was 5 wks ago! Still haven't gotten my order! I kindly asked them if they would notify me when they actually got the order in to ship out. No reply. I don't know what's going on or what they're thinking. Should've read these reviews prior to being a 1st time customer. Very unprofessional.

RUDE telephone personnel, LATE shipment

I also paid for fast shipping and it did not arrive as it should have. I ordered on friday night. monday and tuesday would have been the two business days to process before shipping. it should take 2 days to arrive. it took a week. when i called about the confirmation email and tracking, the unprofessional girl was very rude and nonchalant and even hung up on me after i said thank you. I called back because i was so flabbergasted to say she should not hang up on people who are contributing to her paycheck to which she replied, "um, i said thank you" (and no she didn't) RUDE. there are plenty of other businesses to support. don't order from here.

I ordered a ring from Fantasy Jewerly Box. When I ordered the ring it clearly said you have 30 days to review the item and return it for a refund or exchange. After I ordered the item, I got a email stating my order was being processed. However, in the email, it stated my item was a sale item and no returns or exchanges were allowed. I immediately called the company and advised them that this is not what was posted on their web site and they are clearly scamming people. I will never do business with this company again. They are looking for ways to scam people and there are other reviews out here just like mine. I am reporting them to the BBB. Sincerely, A Very Pissed, unsatisfied customer.

Ordered an engagement set from Fantasy Jewelry Box, received no confirmation email, had to call the company just to make sure order was processed. Arrived quickly, but the eternity band lost a stone within 48 hours. Immediately returned for replacement, again had zero communication with the company...REPLACEMENT FINALLY ARRIVED WITH BROWN STONE IN RING!!!!!!!!! The engagement ring itself had one clear center stone, 5 smaller clear stones on one side, 4 smaller clear stones on the other side - and ONE BROWN STONE. Obviously no one even looks at these cheap rings before shipping....customer service will take no responsibility. DON'T ORDER! DONE WITH THIS COMPANY!

I ordered a ring off of fantasyjewelrybox.com because I had lost my engagement ring, I paid to have it shipped in one day OVER NIGHT it was over 20 bucks.. Well I did not receive it until 6 DAYS LATER! On the 3rd day that it wasnt here I called them and asked them why my ring had not been shipped yet, she told me that because the billing address was my fiance address and it was being shipped to my address that it took a little longer and that it explains all of this on their website. So I asked if I would've just let it ship regular mail I wouldve got it at the same time and she said "uh, no" just like that! They ripped me off!! I will NEVER buy from this site again!!! Also if you look closely at the return policy it says you have 14 days or you will not get a refund or exchange, but the when you buy the piece it says in big bold letters 30 days!!! An awful company just trying to make money off of women's need to have pretty things!

I have never had any problems with Fantasy Jewelry Box. I have ordered several items, gotten them in 2 days OR LESS without paying more than their small shipping fee...like 1.95, or free with larger orders.

I returned an item and got my refund in a few days. I highly recommend buying from them!!

I have bought a ring from MFJ and have been mostly pleased. Shipping was fast, the gift box is not all that desirable, but fine for me as it was a promise ring and nothing like an engagement ring.

Literally the only complaint that I have would be that the rhodium plating has worn off after only a few months. I am no glitz and glam kind of gal, so sterling silver is just fine for me and is actually more to my taste, but as for those that are searching for a replacement wedding ring, just beware. I have worn my ring 24/7 and in the shower for about 3-4 months tops. I have also tried to write a review twice and it would not go through, so I completely believe that all the reviews are faked unless you purposefully pick 5 stars.

I love my ring, and intend to wear it for as long as my boyfriend of two years last...lol but really ... >< !!!! Who knows... the ring may outlast us still!

PS... I had a awesome deal with using 30now in the discount code box.
